How much will it cost me?
There is no cost in submitting an application to the Illinois Gaming Board. A yearly cost of $100 is applied upon approval in order to maintain your establishment license. You may also be required to pay a yearly “sticker fee” depending on your municipality. Rate varies by local municipality.
What are the requirements to become a licensed establishment?

How long is the application process?
The process takes an average of 3-4 months from submitting your application to receiving your license. There is no way to expedite the process.
Can one terminal operator offer me more of a revenue split than others?

No. The revenue split is written as Illinois law and mandates 28% to the state, 5% to the municipality, 33.5% to the establishment and 33.5% to the terminal operator. Click Here to learn more about revenue splits.
